Perhaps it should be updated to include more game info about the player? (e.g. stats, past experience with instances, other info the player might find relevant)
That way we get at least a vague idea of the player's background in the game. Also, you could choose to ask more questions or make them broader. I find the template too restrictive to get more than a very basic overview. Forum introductions are excellent first impressions of new players, so we should make more use of it in my opinion.

This is a great idea, sylvaa. Like I said before, I didn't create the forums :-/ So I haven't given much thought to revisions... I'm glad you brought that up though. I'm going to change it as soon as I get a chance.
